When I first began my journey into BDSM, learning the technical skills took time, but once I knew what I wanted to learn, it was all a matter of time and practice to become a proficient practitioner.
When I started, I found it more difficult to think up creative and enticing tasks for a submissive to keep them on their toes, strengthen the bond, and encourage support and growth for the submissive.
That is why I listed out over 100 submissive tasks to help those new to the lifestyle quickly find ideas to help them expand their training and Dom/sub relationship. With that said, I have kept the tasks relatively brief to allow you, the reader, to develop the task to suit you and your partner’s needs and desires.
Just because a task idea has been listed does not mean a submissive must participate or that it should be assigned. No one method will suit all submissives, and not every task will work as intended with each submissive. It is important to discuss openly with your partner to ensure you know what they require before stepping into a deeper form of training.
As with all forms of BDSM, including the assigning of the tasks below, must be negotiated and agreed to by both partners. If you do not know how to negotiate your Dom/sub relationship, I would suggest reading up on ways to negotiate a BDSM relationship before reading or incorporating any tasks.

Despite the commonly held belief that BDSM is essentially all about punishment, pain, whips, chains, and anything that might cause severe agony, the exact opposite is more commonplace. While much attention is focused on discipline and pain for dramatic effect, when it comes to actual submissive training, rewards and positive reinforcement tend to be more effective in submissive training.
