The smell is what turns most people on. Something about the medical smell of latex makes people melt into pools of submissive and Dominant bliss. What is it about latex? Everyone seems to have their own opinion. But what is known is that latex scenes are a hot way to spice up your BDSM enjoyment. Here’s what you might want to know about latex before you get started on your own fetish exploration.
WARNING: If you are allergic to latex, it should go without saying that you should never take part in any kind of play with latex.

Why Latex is Hot
***************************************************
Latex is something that comes up in BDSM porn as well as in the general fetish scene as seen along the streets of Folsom or at many a party. Latex is something that has been associated with medical care, so its use as a sexual implement seems deviant, naughty, and even risqué. However, latex is also related to the idea of being clean and sterile, which seems to be the direct opposite of sex, which is often messy and dirty. The paradox seems to be another one of the many ways that latex overtakes a person who uses it in sex.

Simple Latex Additions for any Scene
***************************************************
But if you want to add latex to a scene you’re doing in your home, it’s a lot easier than it seems. The most common piece of latex you might already have around your home is a condom. If you’re not already using condoms, then you might want to run out and get a pack to begin to see how things are different when you use one (and safe, of course). The smell of the latex doesn’t just linger on the penis, but it can also linger in the opening where said penis is inserted – sometimes for hours and even up to a day.
Or you might want to head to the local pharmacy for a box of latex gloves. These can be used on the Dominant’s hands while they are examining the filthy slave or to slap across the face of the submissive. Latex gloves can also be cut up and used as blindfolds and gags, if you’re the creative type. Inexpensive and easy to find, latex gloves are a great way to make sex safer and a bit more enjoyable.

A Sample Scene to Try Out
***************************************************
Start off by having the slave lying down on a table that is within reach of the Dominant who is going to be a medical practitioner of some type, checking out the slave to see whether they are suitable for sex and other deviant behavior. The Master or Mistress might poke around the slave – all of the orifices need to be checked, after all. They might make crude comments about each of the things they touch and find, making the slave feel humiliated as a result. The scene can continue with more probing until the slave begins to get aroused. Then the arousal response can be ‘tested’ by the Mistress or the Master. In doing so, then the slave continues to be objectified.
Grab a clipboard and measure out the time it takes for the slave to be aroused, then measure the time it takes for the slave to be stimulated to orgasm. This can create a great training session as well as a test for the slave who might be told that they should not become aroused or orgasm until the Master or Mistress says they can.
Of course, latex is something that you can extend into your closet as well with outfits, pants, dresses, and hoods. Start off small with latex as it can become expensive and it is certainly something that takes time to get into and out of. These are elaborate scenes, though also well worth the effort you put into them.
