How to Stay Comfortable in Difficult Bondage Positions

As a slave, your goal is to make sure that your Master is happy at all times. Whether you are in or out of the dungeon, you need to be sure you are following the rules and doing as you are told. But this doesn’t mean it’s always going to be easy – or even comfortable. When you’re a slave in a bondage situation, it’s going to become difficult at times. To ensure that you can endure your bondage gracefully, you need to learn some tricks to ensure every bondage scene is one that impresses your Master and allows them to be proud of you as their slave.

Communicate with Your Master

Before you begin to have intense bondage scenes, you need to be sure that you are communicating about your body to your Master. For example, your Master should find out if you have a shoulder injury that needs to be watched out for. They should know your level of flexibility, any current injuries you have, and any limitations your joints might have. You need to be clear about what your Master can and can’t do safely with your body. If you do have some old injuries, but you want to try out the bondage positions anyway, that’s up to you. However, the more you communicate, the more comfortable you will be in the end. This isn’t about avoiding bondage, but about protecting the parts of your body that are weak. An injured slave is not an effective slave.

A Healthy Body Can Go Further

A healthy strong body is a body that is capable of handling more rigorous restraints. If you want to feel more comfortable in bondage then you need to make sure that you have strong core muscles and a flexible body. The core muscles help to maintain balance especially during extreme conditions. you may not be aware of them, but they are constantly working in the background of your body. Of course, being more flexible will help to allow you to push yourself into more extreme bondage positions.

The only way to achieve these results is by actively maintaining a regular exercise and stretching program. So don’t be shy about getting sweaty, just remember why you putting in all this hard work.

Breathe In, Breathe Out

Once you are in a difficult bondage position, take a few moments to assess the position. Are you comfortable? Is something truly hurting? If something is hurting badly or you feel stretched in a position you don’t want to do, you need to speak up or move or communicate with your Master somehow. If you don’t have any problems, then you need to stop for a moment, settle in, and then start to breathe in and out. This will help to calm down your body and relax your muscles. Continue to breathe in and out in a rhythmic pattern to help your body relax more and more. While you might still feel your body in the tight position, the more you can relax your body, the longer you can handle any position of bondage – even in predicament bondage.

Getting into Subspace
***************************************************

When you are in tight bondage and your Master is continuing to test you with other sensations, you will find your mind begins to drift away and that you are not as aware of what is happening. This is subspace. There are two trains of thought about this. Some Masters want you to get to that highly suggestive state where you are simply ‘there’ but you are not there. On the other hand, some Masters want you to be fully aware of everything that’s happening to you, so they might not want you in this state. You will have to check with your Master about that. If they are okay with subspace, then you will simply need to think about another place away from the position you are in. When you do this, you will begin to forget what your body is doing and what it feels like.

Being in a tight bondage position is something that will challenge you as a slave, but that doesn’t mean you need to suffer. Exercising and stretching before bondage, so that your body is warmed up, taking some time to breathe and to know your body’s limitations, will allow you to be more graceful, no matter what you are doing. Make sure you understand yourself and your body before taking part in any BDSM slave training or rope bondage techniques. A great lesson for any slave.
